Help and FAQ

EasyExpress.kz is a mail forwarding service that delivers goods from any US online stores and auctions to Kazakhstan.

There are at least two reasons: 1. Not all online stores and eBay/Amazon sellers ship to Kazakhstan. 2. You can send several items from different US online stores to our warehouse, and we will then ship them to Kazakhstan together, saving you a significant amount on delivery.

Your ID card is required for customs clearance.

For any questions, contact our specialists by phone: +7 (727) 327-11-84, +7 (701) 210-95-40, or email: info@easyexpress.kz.

Our office is located at: 94 Ratushnogo St.

You can see our US address on https://easyexpress.kz in your account under "My addresses", or follow the link https://easyexpress.kz/mybox. It includes the street name, house number, our Suite number, city, US state, ZIP code and phone. Enter this address when arranging delivery in the online store where you make your purchase.

After registering on http://easyexpress.kz/, you need to "add an order" by following the instructions provided when placing the order.

We track all your parcels by tracking numbers. As soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will change its status to "At the warehouse" in your account. You will also be notified by email.

In this case, we will not be able to track your parcels; they will be stored at the US warehouse with the status "Unknown parcels".

Goods usually reach the warehouse within 14 days, on average in 2-7 days.

Delivery takes from 4 to 9 business days.

The cost of delivery from the USA to Kazakhstan depends on the parcel weight. You can see delivery prices in the "Services and rates" section
